Abstract
mazkur maqolada xalqaro savdo va logistika sohasida qo‘llaniladigan kontraktlar, invoys (invoice) va konosament (bill of lading) kabi rasmiy-biznes hujjatlarida uchraydigan terminologik leksika lingvistik nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda terminologik birliklarning semantik, struktur-morfologik va funksional-stilistik xususiyatlari real hujjat matnlaridan olingan misollar asosida yoritilgan, shuningdek ularning shakllanish manbalari va tarjima jarayonidagi muammolari ko‘rib chiqilgan.
