Abstract
Mazkur maqolada toza va yiringli jarrohlik operatsiyalaridan keyingi bemorlarni parvarish qilishning klinik, gigiyenik, hamshiralik va profilaktik jihatlari ilmiy nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilindi. Operatsiyadan keyingi davr jarrohlik davolashning muhim bosqichi bo‘lib, bemorning tiklanish tezligi, yara bitishi, infeksion asoratlar rivojlanishi va umumiy reabilitatsiya samaradorligi aynan shu davrdagi to‘g‘ri parvarishga bevosita bog‘liq. Toza jarrohlik operatsiyalarida asosiy e’tibor aseptika qoidalariga rioya qilish, yara yuzasini tashqi kontaminatsiyadan himoya qilish, og‘riqni kamaytirish, erta harakatlantirish va umumiy holat monitoringiga qaratiladi. Yiringli jarrohlik operatsiyalaridan keyin esa bemor parvarishi murakkabroq bo‘lib, infeksiya o‘chog‘ini nazorat qilish, yiringli ajralmalarni baholash, drenaj faoliyatini kuzatish, mikrobiologik tekshiruvlar asosida antibiotikoterapiyani olib borish, intoksikatsiya belgilarini kamaytirish va ikkilamchi yara bitishini qo‘llab-quvvatlash muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Maqolada xalqaro klinik tavsiyalar, adabiyotlar tahlili hamda amaliy parvarish algoritmlari asosida toza va yiringli jarrohlikdan keyingi bemorlar parvarishining o‘ziga xos farqlari yoritildi.
