Abstract
Ushbu maqolada birlamchi tibbiy-sanitariya yordam (BTSYo) tizimida o‘tkir yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari (YuQTK) profilaktikasini takomillashtirish masalalari PRISMA tamoyillariga muvofiq tuzilgan zamonaviy adabiyotlar sharhi asosida yoritilgan. Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti (JSST) va Yevropa kardiologiya jamiyati 2021–2024 yillardagi qo‘llanmalari, shuningdek O‘zbekiston Respublikasida o‘tkazilgan epidemiologik tadqiqotlar tahlil qilingan.
Maqolada xavf omillarini erta aniqlash, profilaktik tadbirlarning samaradorligi, raqamli texnologiyalarning roli va O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Sog‘liqni saqlash tizimidagi BTSYo xizmatining olib borayotgan faoliyatidagi tizimli muammolar ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tahlil natijasi shuni ko‘rsatadiki, BTSYo tizimida SCORE2 kalkulyatoriga asoslangan kompleks kardiovaskular profilaktika o‘tkir YuQTK bilan bog‘liq o‘limni 30–45% ga kamaytirishi mumkin [5, 30]. Maqola oxirida O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Sog‘liqni saqlash tizimi uchun amaliy tavsiyalar keltirilgan.
