Abstract
Perinatal davrda yuzaga keladigan markaziy nerv tizimi (MNT) shikastlanishlari bolalarda nevrologik nuqsonlar, kognitiv rivojlanishning susayishi, nutq buzilishlari hamda epileptik sindromlarning shakllanishida muhim o‘rin tutadi. Mazkur tadqiqotda perinatal MNT shikastlanishlari oqibatlarida endolyumbal ozon va piratsetam insufflyatsiyasi (EOPI) usulining klinik hamda neyroradiologik samaradorligi baholandi. 2017-2022 yillarda 169 nafar bemor natijalari tahlil qilindi. Dinamik kuzatuv jarayonida nevrologik simptomatikaning kamayishi, kognitiv ko‘rsatkichlarning yaxshilanishi hamda neyrometabolik jarayonlarning ijobiy o‘zgarishi aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar EOPI usulining perinatal gipoksik-ensefalopatiya va tug‘ruq travmasi oqibatlarida samarali minimal invaziv davolash usuli ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.
